Return Policy

If in any ways not satisfied with our products just simply return the product(s) for refund. However, the following conditions must be met.

1. Return Authorization Number:
All returns must have Return Authorization Number(RAN), no exceptions. In order to receive RAN, buyer must email us within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise(s). When sending us email for returns, please describe the reasons. We will respond via email with RAN and buyer must include RAN with original packing slip.

2. Return & Exchange:
Refund of the cost of merchandise(s) excluding the shipping cost is available when we receive the merchandise(s) back within 30 days from the delivery date. If the merchandises are received after 30 days from the delivery date, refund will not be given although RAN was issued. We do not have exchange policy at this time so refund will be processed for all returns. The buyer is responsible for shipping and tracking when sending back the merchandise(s)unless defective or wrong item(s) were received. Return and crediting to your credit card account process usually take no longer than 30 days.

3. Free Shipping Rule:
We offer free shipping for orders over certain amount. When free shipping was provided and item(s) needed to be returned for some reasons and total purchase amount drop below the amount eligible for free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from the credit. Free ground shipping is not offered for orders from Hawaii and Alaska. Other expedited delivery services are subject to charges.

4. Merchandise Condition:
Merchandise(s) must not be worn, washed, damaged or modified and must be in re-sellable condition with tags attached. If the above conditions are not met, credit will not be issued and the merchandise(s) may not be returned to you as well. Although the merchandises have RAN, this rule still applies.

5. If we determine that you have received wrong items or defective items by mistake on our part we will gladly provide full refund including shipping cost(only when the defective item is the only item in the order) or send you correct item and shipping will be covered by us.

6. Shipping:
It usually takes 1-5 business days for a package to go out depending on the stock level of the items ordered regardless of ground or air service. Ground services take upto 5 business days and air services take up to 2 business days from shipping(extra days may take for Hawaii & Alaska). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following business day. The amount of time it takes for a package to be delivered at your designated location is different for each order depending on where the address is. Multiple shipments can occur on some orders due to back ordered items and multiple items. In case of multiple shipping, second package will be delivered by ground service only. There is no extra charge for multiple shipping. We only ship to 50 U.S. states. Please see below for price rate for shipping.

Air ------------- $22.95 (Hawaii & Alaska $45.00)

7. Order Cancellation & Modification:
Orders can be canceled or modified if they have not been shipped. If you wish to make any changes or cancel please contact us immediately and we will try to assist you as soon as possible. Please be informed that changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Back ordered items can be cancelled at anytime if they have not been shipped.

8. Clearance Items:
All clearance items are final sales and return cannot be made. No exception.
